🧭 Help: Add New Project

This page lets you create a new project. You become the Project Admin for it automatically.

How to Create a New Project

1. Enter a Project Name. This must be unique.
2. Write a Project Focus / Description (maximum 2000 characters). You can use Improve Project Focus with Grok to refine the wording.
3. Click Add New Project.

Important Notes

• You can have a maximum of 3 pending projects at any time (inactive or unpaid).
• New projects start pending until they are activated and paid.
• You are automatically assigned as Project Admin for the new project.
• A Refer-Back URL is created for you automatically (you can copy it later on Manage Projects).
• Project names must be unique across the system.

Duplicate Project Name

If you try to use a project name that already exists, you will see a warning "This project name is already taken" as soon as you leave the Project Name field.

After Creating a Project

After a successful create, you will see a confirmation with options to Create Another Project or go to Manage Projects to edit focus, flags, links, and copy your Refer-Back URL.
