🧭 Help: Review Studies Page

This page shows all the studies currently in your project’s review queue. Use it to review studies before sharing them with the public. When you approve a study, it becomes immediately visible on the Grok Studies Home page.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Select your Project from the dropdown at the top of the page.
2. Apply Filters to narrow down the list:
   1. Search Term – Filter by one of your saved search terms or select All.
   2. API Source – Filter by source (PubMed, Europe PMC, bioRxiv, OpenAlex, PLOS, or YouTube) or All.
   3. Journal – Search for studies from a specific journal.
   4. Author – Search by any part of an author’s name.
   5. Years – Show studies from All years, or any combination of years.
   6. Study Flags – Filter by studies that have been tagged with one or more flags.
   7. Status – Show New, Approved, or Deleted studies. Only Approved studies are visible to the public. When you Delete a study that was previously Approved, it will automatically be removed from the Home screen but will remain in Deleted status in this screen.
   8. Actions – Approve or Delete studies. Approved studies appear immediately in keyword searches on the Home page. When viewing Deleted studies, use the Reprocess option to remove them from the database so they can reappear in New Studies when re-searching the same project, search term, and API source.
3. Search by Title – Quickly find a specific study using the title search box.
4. Browse the Results – Scroll through the list of studies waiting for your review.
5. Ask Grok – Click the Ask Grok button on any study to get a fresh AI-generated summary, keywords, and Study Flags assigned by Grok. This is useful for comparing the original analysis with a new one.
6. Review Each Study – Click the title to open the actual study in a new link. Review the study and decide whether you want to share it with the public (check the Add to Queue checkbox) or delete it (check the Delete checkbox).
7. Use Bulk Selection Buttons – Use the top buttons (“Approve All”, “Delete All”, X to clear checkboxes) to quickly select multiple studies.
8. Submit Selected Actions – Click Submit Selected Actions to process the Approved and/or Deleted studies.
